A phone is a whiskey flask

There's a lot to say on this topic especially with regards to the implications for things many once took for granted in their societies. For now, I'll just say that I've been trying to dilute the whiskey in my flask. I've deleted the social media and news apps from my phone and used content blocking to block their corresponding websites. I've also turned the screen on my whiskey flask to grayscale in the hope that It makes it less addicting.

So far so good. I'm still driving under the influence but at least I can now see straight.
