Thai soda water is probably the world's fizziest water. When you pour it out, or spill it (as I did in the cover photo), the bubbles of air occupy a greater volume than the water.

I got hooked on Thai soda water several years ago when I realized that it solved my major problem with sparkling water. Your typical sparkling water, like San Pellegrino, has an amount of carbonation that makes it pleasant to drink straight out of the bottle or immediately after it has been poured into a glass. In contrast, Thai soda water, has way too many bubbles to drink straight out of the bottle. It's like drinking a bag of liquified Pop Rocks...if Pop Rocks had no taste.

However, if you store your water in a vacuum bottle for later consumption like I do, it turns out that way too many bubbles is exactly what you need. Whereas normal sparkling water goes flat after an hour or two in a bottle, Thai soda water does not. It maintains a pleasant level of carbonation for 12 hours or more. I've taken to drinking it everywhere and even keep a cooler full of it in the trunk of my car in a small 12v refrigerator.

If you love bubbles in water, give Thai soda water a try....I recommend Singha-brand soda water. Your mouth will thank you!
